伴随着雨中国高暑期英语衔接课程的逐步推进，高一新生们在正式进入国际课程学习前的英语能力准备也进入了收尾阶段。今日将展示各班中、外英语教师的班级学习情况总结，并展示部分优秀学生作业，为八月英语衔接课程画上圆满句号。

01G10A班英语学习总结

这段时间的学习中，A班学生在课堂节奏的把握上有了进一步的提升，并且在课堂活动的参与中越发积极主动，很多学生也会在课后积极进行英文思维的锻炼和思考，也有不少学生从基础入手，每天整理记录单词词组。在整个的暑期课程中，我们主要采取了多样的媒体教学模式，让学生寓教于乐，熟悉全英文上课的模式。很多学生从不敢开口说英文，到主动用英文进行团队演讲或辩论；从不熟悉英文的写作，到开始用英文进行自己未来的规划，以及积极性地思考某一个话题。同时，我们在授课中还加入了关于学习习惯的介绍讨论和总结，如：如何有效记笔记并使用笔记，如何尊重他人，仔细聆听，如何自我管理等等。总之，这段日子，他们成长了很多，也给了我很多惊喜，我相信，在接下来的日子里，脚踏实地地跟随课堂节奏，找到最适合自己的学习方案，一定可以有更多收获。

It’s my pleasure to study here at the international department of YuHuaTai high school. The environment is pretty good and all the teachers are kind and patient. In the past few weeks, I not only improved different English skills, but also made friends with my classmates. I like to talk with my foreign teacher and guess from their body languages. I think it can help us to know the way that foreigners think and it’s also a good way to improve our English! I feel lucky to be here and study with my classmates. I’ll try my best to achieve my goal and obtain more knowledge.

I feel excited that I can learn not only English and other subjects. I learned a lot about different cultures and customs of other countries. I got interested in English learning and I also found the importance of English learning. I hope in the future I can learn a lot from teachers and books that I read and in 3 years, I can enter my dream university.

G10B班是个懂得感恩、互帮互助、努力学习、多才多艺的集体。无论谁上台演讲或表演，大家都会给予热烈的掌声。大多数同学都努力尽可能多地使用英语，不仅用英语回答问题，而且互相提醒用英语进行讨论，用英语向别人提问或寻求帮助。在各组组长的带领下，大家积极参与各项讨论和班级活动；小组成员各司其职，通过讨论碰撞出思维火花，展现出各自风采。小组合作产生的一系列作品是语言、艺术设计、创新思维结合的产物，是课堂上一条亮丽的风景线。

During the past three weeks, I have learned a lot about responsibility, cooperation, and mutual help; I have made new friends and understood what is friendship. Now, I am more outgoing than before, and I am able to communicate with our foreign teachers bravely. It is my hope that I will not only excel in different exams, but also acquire more knowledge, develop more skills and make more friends in the future.

C班同学整体学习氛围良好，上课注意力集中，小组活动时凝聚力强、积极性高、表现活跃，还能互帮互助、互通有无，非常有集体精神和荣誉感。不少同学初期就表现出来良好的学习习惯，笔记工整、上课专心、课后有序复习、按照要求完成每日作业、有疑问能及时找老师咨询。总之，G10 C班同学展示出了高一新生崭新的精神面貌和高昂的斗志，只要坚持不懈，三年后必然会收获满满、青春无悔！

I am a new student at International School of Nanjing YuHuaTai High School. The school is very big and beautiful, and I love it very much. Classes here are very interesting, especially listening, speaking, reading and writing courses. They have various forms and all of us are interested in them. The day before yesterday, the military training week started. We sweat a lot during training under sunshine, but we never give up and keep on training for many hours. We work hard and we are able to bear hardship. We also defy difficulties and practise to be disciplined. Since we need to live in dormitories, we have learned to take care ourselves daily. Thus, we not only learn a lot but also grow up significantly. I think my life in this school is very colourful and meaningful. The experience is unforgettable in my life. 

我很喜欢这个学校，这里的课堂多种多样，都很有趣。前天军训开始了，我们在烈日下挥洒汗水，不畏艰难困苦，训练纪律，因为未来的日子里我们需要照顾好自己。在这个学校的生活丰富多彩，让人难以忘怀。

 We have studied in International School of Nanjing Yuhuatai High School for more than two weeks. During these days, we have learned a lot of things such as new words, sentences and how to work out math problems in English. More than that, I think there is something that can change my mind and help me in my whole life. At the very beginning of school, I was eager to prove myself as the best student in the class. And now, as a team leader, I started to help all my team members and even other classmates because that is one of the most important thing: team spirit, which means all people must unite as one. In addition, from media class, we have learned the brutalities of war and the beauty of humanity. We realize the importance of being calm, pure and kind always. There are so many things I have learned these days, which make me more knowledgeable and also improve my personality. I believe they must be very useful all the time.

短短两周的相处已经让他们由羞怯扭捏变得健谈开朗。热情和创意在原本不是很适应的全英文课堂上也开始充分释放了出来。尽管语言不够完美，但在表演，讨论，辩论等活动中，在集体荣誉感的刺激下，大家开始冲破牢笼，勇敢地表达自己。勇敢地表达是语言由不完美变完美的前提。希望孩子们在老师和同学的帮助下，一点点成长，一步步更加靠近自己的梦想！

 During this summer camp, we learnt some study skills and new words. They are very useful in our life. We also watched some movies. They are classic and can increase our knowledge. After studying for about two weeks, I realize that reading and listening are very important. So I plan to accumulate more words and listen to English radios like VOA and BBC. Some simple movies like Harry Potter are very useful for daily communication. 

这两周时间里我们学会了一些单词和学习技巧，还看了一些英文影片，让我意识到阅读和听力的重要性。我准备听一些英文广播，做好单词积累，看一些简单的英文影片也有助于日常交流。

Hi, everyone. It’s a great honor to have the opportunity to share what I’ve learnt during this summer camp to you guys. Summer camp was fantastic. I learnt a lot during this camp. In English classes, I improved my vocabulary by learning Cutting Edge. Cutting Edge helped me learn basic grammar. It’s also interesting to do the listening exercises in it. They are not too fast for us to follow so we can catch the information well. The media class was also very interesting. I really enjoyed the films. Brave Heart and the Boy in Stripped Pajamas are really touching. I also improved my pronunciation a lot. I really enjoyed my summer camp. 

暑期班真是好极了，我很享受这段时间。通过学习朗文英语，我的词汇和语法都有进步，发音标准了很多，书里的听力练习也正适合我们的英文水平。我很喜欢媒体课上放的电影，勇敢的心和穿条纹睡衣的男孩都很感人。

外教英语课堂总结

Summer camp review

【梗概】很感谢学生在暑期班中表现出的学习热情。我们课上主要讨论了两个主题：战争和音乐。通过放电影讲述战争中的暴行，联系南京大屠杀，让学生在回顾历史的过程中学习一些形容词。通过播放及讲解不同类型的音乐，学生最终能够辨认，也能对其进行描述。我能看到课堂上学生认真思考，努力用新学的词汇表达观点的样子，我相信到学年结束我们一定能取得更好的成绩！

Mr. Jay’s Writing Class

【梗概】这两周的写作课主要是教学生基本的文章结构和句子结构，让学生学会用画图的方式来分析句子结构，学生在遣词造句时能就更加精通，还可以将其运用到阅读中去。课上有一些小组活动，在写单词中学生们的表现让我震惊。学生还开始学习写作的一些策略，写作是个漫长的过程，但是学好了受益终身。学生们对我很尊重，虽然前途有很多困难，但我希望他们足够自信，你们的孩子会很高兴来我的课堂的，因为他们知道在这里他们能接受通往理想大学和理想人生所必须接受的教育。
